Completion of Culinary Arts 1 or approval of the Chef / Instructor and Student Services Coordinator is required to enter this 2nd year class.
As a member of the second year class there is an expectation that students arrive with a heightened level of maturity and focus. Students are expected to enter the work force. Focus is on preparing the student for a job in the food service industry or post secondary education.
This course meets Mon, Tue, Wed, Thu, and Fri from 11:45 am to 1:45 pm.
