Increase your earning potential by learning your way around a commercial kitchen and get college credit while you are at it. That’s right- College credit from a high school class!
Whether you want to make salads, grill meats, bus tables and wash dishes, work with pastries and desserts or wait on guests, we will have you ready to walk into any restaurant or college and apply with confidence. Requirements

Completion of Culinary Arts 1 or approval of the Chef / Instructor and Student Services Coordinator is required to enter this 2nd year class.

As a member of the second year class there is an expectation that students arrive with a heightened level of maturity and focus. Students are expected to enter the work force. Focus is on preparing the student for a job in the food service industry or post secondary education.
