I have worked in the restaurant industry for over 25 years and attended the Culinary Institute of America.  Growing up, my mother provided my family with countless delicious meals, and I have definitely inherited her affinity for making great food.  I have German, Italian and Scottish/Irish roots.  I am very honored and excited to be a part of the WCTC family and want to share my experience with the students who choose the culinary path.  I enjoy art, music, skateboarding, sports and many outdoor activities.  I have lived in 3 countries, 6 states and traveled to many parts of the world.  Life is a gift and food is life.  "Tell me and I forget, teach me and I remember, involve me and I learn" - Ben Franklin
